Physical Therapy

Injuries and physical setbacks are inevitable. At Called 2 Fitness, working with a physical therapist (PT) helps you feel good, move better, and perform at your best. A PT restores function, reduces pain, and enhances movement through exercise, manual therapy, and education.


Wellness

Our small group classes (5-10 individuals) or private wellness coaching sessions are designed to help you explore your health and fitness goals, keeping you strong, mobile, and balanced before issues arise. Whether you're injury-free or focused on enhancing your overall well-being, these sessions improve movement, support health, and help minimize or mitigate future challenges.

Hello! I’m Shonna Moak, Doctor of Physical Therapy

and founder of Called 2 Fitness — a home-based physical therapy and wellness practice serving the Tri-Cities community.

Since 2005, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of movement in healing. My own experience overcoming back pain deepened my passion to empower others to understand, trust, and restore confidence in their bodies.
